    It's just a particularly old Nikon. Nippon Kogaku was the original name of the company. Should work fine with a common Nikon F adapter, if I'm not mistaken.

    Yes, an "oldie;" however, it appears to be in good physical condition other than minor soiling. If the blades are not frozen, it should make for a decent tool.

    I have one of these, and yeah, the plain Nikon adapter will work fine.

    It's got a weird amber single coated front element, back before there were exotic glass elements. It's a great lens, so much that I got a Nikon to pentax K mount to use it on my 35mm film slr's.

    I have one as well, had it cla'd a year ago. Great glass, but still second seat to the Takumar 50 1.4 in my books.
