I bought an EPL2  I really enjoy that little grip and reduced weight. Doesn't feel quite as brick like (you could probably kill somebody with an EP1), but I don't mind going a little lighter. It does feel alot more responsive in everything it does, focus is quite a bit faster, as are the art filters... I'm happy I bought it... Think I will give the EP1 to my son along with the new kit lens. The kit lens is quite a bit smaller than the previous versions, about the diameter of the Panasonic 14 2.5

Here's a couple photos from my way home from the camera store.

I really love the EP1, but I love this one just a little bit more.

Congrats on the new camera. Did you use one of the art filters on these photos? Love that bottom photo.

These are awesome pictures!!

I had a huge dilemma when choosing a M43 camera - Olympus with their awesome art filters and Panasonic with their HD video capability without time limitations. Ultimately, the HD video without time limitations won me over but I kept on hoping that somehow Panasonic would have art filters as well...

These pictures are making me doubt my decision all over again! Hehehe... :)

Thanks for the comments. I will probably not buy any accessories other than a gordys strap(it's on it's way). I am really enjoying this camera, the speed difference between this and the EP1 is drastic. The new kit lens focuses super fast , faster then the pana 20 1.7 ... but not as fast as the 14 2.5 ...

The next thing I buy will be the 45 macro , but I'm holding out in hopes of an olympus 50 F2 macro for M43 .

I really LOVE the dramatic tone art filter.. Here's a couple from 10 minutes ago

If I break down and my anymore "hobby" equipment, my better half will break me
LOL... I just sold my DSLR and a bunch of lenses .. so I'm good

Only got one lens to sell ... anybody need a Sigma 50 1.4 for Nikon ? or an EP1 ? I think it's to much camera for my 8 year old.
