I am looking at a Sigma 19mm and it says for micro 4/3 mount. Does this imply Panny and Oly? I see others that say specifically for Sony...I am not sure

Panny and Oly are members of the Micro Four Thirds standards. Any micro four thirds (or m43) lens will work on any other m43 body.

Sony NEX is entirely different. Many people mistakenly call NEX micro 43, but it is not. NEX is a massively inferior system characterized by lack of good lenses (I kid, I kid)

Any lens for :43: will work with all of the Panasonic and Olympus bodies. The only exception to this that I am aware of is the Panasonic 3D lens which works only with the Panasonics (and maybe not all of the earliest models?) and the O-MD. It isn't compatible with any of the PENs.

But the Sigma :43: lenses will work fine with any :43: camera.
