How to post feedback for someone?

Ok, so I'm old and slow. Plus, last time I used this forum it was PM's instead of "Conversations", whatever that is. But I've look all over in the menus, etc. in this new forum software, and can't see a way to post good feedback for someone who I just bought something from. Help.
