    Hi,

I've been relying on the touch screen to position the focus point.
I understand it can be done within the EVF, but haven't managed to work out how to do this.

Can any of you G3 gurus out there tell me the steps to do this ?

    Cheers,

    Rob

Pages 87 and 88 of the PDF manual explain how to use the cursor button to move the Autofocus Area. I tried to cut and paste the relevant section but this seemed to be disabled.

You can also assign this to a FN-button.
I dit it that way so I could keep the WB and ISO settings on the cursorbuttons.

Edit: You activate the focus-point with a FN-button, then you can move it with the cursorbutton and when You are done with the picture you can directly change the ISO and WB with the cursorbutton again.

    Thanks Leif,

This is good to know, as I like to use the functions associated to the cursor buttons.
