How do you stop the LCD screen from gaining up when reviewing finished photos? I use GF1 and GH1.

During the live view, I understand that the LCD screen gains up to help you compose and you can reflect the shutter speed by pressing the trash button. But my problem is that the finished photos also seem to have gained up in exposure, so I tend to underexpose my photos by at least a stop or more when I chimp the LCD. I can get a more accurate review of the shots through the EVF of my GH1, which definitely shows the photos at an exposure that is more reflective of the real results.
