How do you fire off a speedlight while taking the in-camera 3-shot HDR on the GH3?

I mounted a speedlight to the camera but it does not go off when I shoot the in-camera 3-shot HDR. I find that the 3 shot 2EV HDR does not give me enough latitude for some shots, so firing a flash will help.

I have no idea, but register and asks Vitaliy's forum, maybe someone knows, as there are several owners of the GH3.

The flash doesn't fire in HDR mode. According to the GH3 manual, the flash is fixed in "forced flash off" mode. You could use auto exposure bracketing with flash, but then you'd need to process the HDR in the computer.

    Cheers

Well, the hotshot and the on board flash seem to be off.

I guess the flash sync port is also off? *sigh*

    This is frustrating.
