How do I fix this in Affinity?

I've been doing some dog sunset shots in shallow water. Because it's sunset there is an nice black with blue highlights thing going on with the water in the background. However, because I'm using two flashes, it's lighting up the shallow water in front of the dogs and I end up with a green coloured water. I can drop the exposure and raise the blackpoint to darken things up, but what I would prefer is to change the green to a blue that matches the water in the background.

Can anyone explain the tools and techniques I would use in Affinity Photo to achieve this?
