Hotel View

  1. From the 16th floor of the Las Vegas Hilton in early AM light through a window.
    I'm really impressed with the G1 and 14-45 combo.

    Great reflections in here, too. Can't get over that green in Las Vegas!

    Hmm, I didn't like the reflections in the windows... How could that be best minimized?
    - Would a curtain arround the camera help?

    Reflections can be minimised by holding the lens up to or as close to the window as possible. If you have to put it at an angle to the glass then cup your spare hand around the gap. If you're in a hotel room then pull the curtains closed behind you and/or make sure all the lights are turned off.

    I meant the reflections coming from the hotel across the way which I think play off the ponds of the golf course.:wink:
