What kind of camera do you have? The 18-180 will likely focus slower if you don't have an E-M1. I don't have any personal experience with either though, so perhaps someone with more experience will chime in.

I don't know the 18-180, and have never used the 14-150, but if the IQ is comparable, I would sacrifice the tele end to gain at the wide end.

In the showcase I see some very nice shots ,taken with the 14-150 . I also read that the AF is very good and thats important for me , I can't find much about the 18-180.

I've got the Oly 14-150, and find it's a great snapshot lens. I can leave it on all day and always have a reasonable focal length available for the situation. Compared to the 18-180, I think that the wider end is more useful, I take lots of scenic shots in the 14-16mm range.

I've got the Oly 14-150 and used it exclusively on my E-PL2, it's a really nice lens and I think that it's very much under-rated.

Optically I'd say that it's better than the kit zoom lenses, the AF is about the same i.e. fast and it's about as compact as you could make a super-zoom. The only downside is that it is a little bit slow; starting at f4, but that's the nature of the beast with compact super-zooms.

I've never tried the 18-180, but I would bet cash that the 14-150 will focus much faster on the E-P1 than the 18-180, it's smaller and will have a lens profile that will automatically correct in camera jpegs (this won't be a big advantage if you shoot raw). I know which one I would rather have.

I know nothing about the 18-180, but I like the 14-150 as a travel lens. Mine rarely left my camera during a recent three week trip. It's not as sharp as the primes (the ones I had with me were the Pana 20 1.7 and the Oly 60), but for trips when you don't want to carry a lot of lenses and can't count on having the opportunity to switch lenses much, it's great.

A lot depends on what range you prefer to shoot. For me, that extra 4mm at the wide end would be crucial. I would take 50 or more shots between 14 and 18mm for every one I would shoot between 150 and 180mm. You need to consider your own shooting style but I really think the wide end is more used by most folks.
