Maybe you could find photos in between now and then, and have a stitch of the gradual change.
I do what I can with these photos. It's actually very hard to figure where some photos are. Earlier photos are often unclear where they are. Also, I am using public domain photos off the Toronto pub lib site. There are tons more in the city archives but they are idiotic about fees. 25 per photo for digital copy. And if it hasn't been scanned yet even more $ for fees.
