I mostly use GX1s for all my shooting (also have a G3 & LX7) and think I know the camera and features 'fairly' well. Though today I was rereading an old GX1 review and caught an “image reviewing/scrolling magnification feature” I was not aware of. I know this will help me confirm if I 'captured' something I was after or if I need to shoot again.

Hope this helps someone else who didn't know about this capability.

Interesting. Didn't know that. Should have read the manual I guess

Yeah, it is a very handy feature, especially if you are doing macro photography.

I've only tried this feature on a GX1 so far, but assume & hope it will work on a G3 and other cameras.

Many times I've been reviewing magnified images on the LCD, then moved to an adjacent photo and lost the magnification when I didn't want to.

Heck, I've read much of the manual, though not cover-to-cover. A 'different' feature like this might be hard to find or understand depending on the clarity of translation. I just looked for it briefly in the PDF manual, maybe it's in there, but I didn't find it yet.

Yes, I can now confirm it works on my G3. Happy days.

Yes I use this on my G3. Very handy. I'm pretty sure it's in the manual!

My EPM1 has the same feature. I wish my X100 had it.
