I just became interested in m4/3s, probably because of my age, as the weight and bulk of the DSLR and baggage is more than I want to lug around.
I've been researching m4/3s cameras for about a month and finally today got my EPL1 with 14-42 kit lens. I will be acquiring the Panny 20mm 1.7 as soon as I can.
I'm a retired heating and air conditioning mechanic and have been photographing for 19 years. I started out with 35mm and medium format film cameras and switched to DSLRS six years ago. I am now 74 years old and tired of lugging the heavy stuff, hence my interest in m4/3s.
My wife and I live in southwestern Indiana. I look forward to learning the new system and participating on this forum.
