Hello everyone,
I'm new to the :43: world and just wanted to introduce myself. I've always been a fan of photography and dabbled a little here and there with film (in high school and college), and most recently with a 50D (sold) and S95 (selling). My eyes were bigger than my stomach and I ended up buying my 50D and S95 and spending loads of money on both of them, but realized they weren't for me. The 50D was too big for my liking and the S95 just didn't have enough features for me. The Micro 4/3 format seems to be the best of both worlds.
I sold almost everything off, with the exception of a few stragglers, and ordered my Olympus E-PM1 today! I think out of all my camera purchases, I'm most excited about this one. I have that, along with a Gariz half case coming soon. I already have a VF-3 and 14mm Lumix pancake lens waiting to go on my E-PM1 when it arrives. I'm still learning, but I've attached a few pictures I've taken around my office in Downtown LA. They were all taken with my 50D with the exception of the shot of the organs in the church, which was taken with my S95. They're not very good, but I hope to learn more and grow.
