Just got my FL600R today, did some testing shot with OMD, I got very uneven light and all dark corners on 24mm, 35mm, 50mm(just little), is that normal? all pictures shown were taking at 24mm with 12-50mm lens F3.5, natural mode and TTL on the flash, flash comp 0, EV 0, all the pictures seems a little dark and uneven light on the walls.

I was Canon user and used with EX430II, I don't remember I got this kind of problem.

Looks about what mine produces. Its a smaller flash compared to the EX430II, with a lower guide number. Bouncing should give you an more evenly lit room

Is the internal zoom on the flash set to auto?

Thanks for the reply, it was set TTL A mode, zoom head was automatic set at 24mm, however using onboard wide pannel will solve this problem, but little too bright, I should get a good diffuser but it's hard to find.

Do the same tests without the flash. The lens is probably contributing as well.
