HELP - Olympus omd em5

    when i connect my camera with the usb cord to the computer i get "One Moment"
    i re installed the drivers on the computer it didn't help .

    pleas help me

    it rather sounds like a computer issue, so you had better list the operating system and basic computer information as a starter.

    windows 7 ultimate on Intel board I3
    when i lock at device manager there are now errors.
    maybe i need new Olympus drivers.

    Make sure you are using the original cable supplied by Olympus, and plug it directly into the computer, do not use a hub or extension cable. I don't know why, but in my case that seemed to be a problem (using windows 7 )

    thought I would run a check before responding....

    plugged an OM-D into a Windows 7 Ultimate PC that had never seen an Olympus camera before - Storage mode selected on the back of the camera when connected, Windows 7 automatically finds and loads device drivers........moments later I can view, download etc from the camera and it's listed as a visible storage device in My Computer.

    same same ,it worked directly and perfectly until 10 day ago.
    maybe someone knows how can i get the omd em5 device drivers for windows 7 ultimat 64-bit + service pack 1

    Happened to me yesterday, try another USB port and try selecting MTP to check if it works. Mine worked with Storage after changing the USB port.

    Best way is to use a card reader and pull the SDHC card out of the camera, insert it into the reader and copy your files direct to the folder you want your NLE to access.

    thank you all i found out that my USB drivers are corrupted and i'm trying to re install them
