Can anyone help crop and sharpen this image taken with Oly 75-300? This baby made a home in my back yard. It would not let me upload the RAW image

What a cute neighbor you have!

As far as what to do with this image, it's going to be tricky to "fix" since the focus on the little guy isn't perfect (possibly due to his movement?). I would start with a pretty severe crop, something along these lines:

From there I'd see what I could do in terms of sharpening from the RAW file.

The fox does not appear to have been the focus point. If so, sharpening and clarity can not 100% fix that problem.

I thought I'd give it a try, but given the parameters (ISO 5000, 1/10 s, handheld, not clearly in focus), the result is maybe not what you hoped it would be:

Yeah there is a lot of detail missing due to high iso and blur. Probably needs a lot of work but I started by using color contrast on the fox since there isnt that much detail. NR done in LR5. Also added a vignette and bought up the brightness of the fox. To go further I would clone out the leaf near the fox head and the stick in the bottom left.
