Bought myself a EM-5 last month in the fully loaded offer, moved from a Canon 6D. I've been really impressed so far, looking forward to taking more pictures over the summer and beyond.

Welcome Mark,

Nice to have some more UK users in the forum and despite the EM-5 no longer being the top Olympus camera it's still far more capable than me!!

Hi Paul, thanks for the welcome. I was thinking about going EM-1, but I just couldn't say no to the 45mm, and the grip combo. So nice not having to carry around all the big heavy kit with me. I'm in the process of selling all my Canon gear, that will go nicely towards a couple of new lenses.

Welcome to the club.

My Nikon D7000 is very lonely since I started with the OM-Ds.

Welcome to the forum.

I also bought an EM-5 last month "just to use for some travel".
But the more I use it, the less I use my D7000.

I've been really impressed so far

You'll be more and more impressed with the OMD.

I'm off on holiday at the beginning of May to Cyprus, I'm sure it's going to get a lot of usage. Just need to get myself a travel tripod and a cable release.

I do have a CIR-PL for both the lenses I have. Might have a look at getting a ND as well. Thanks for the tip.
