I've just unpacked my new Panasonic G1 (must be one of the last available of the 'old' model in the UK) and am looking forward to getting out there and trying it out tomorrow. I've already learnt a lot from this forum - one of the reasons I now own the G1 - so will be looking to see what's on on a regular basis.

Welcome Nick! The G1 is a great camera - really easy to use and responsive. I've had mine about 2 months, and I'm still amazed by how well thought out it is. Have fun.
