    Hello All,

Looking for a good forum to discuss m43 cameras. I end up shooting mostly wildlife scenes, but have fun shooting about anything.

    Have at present:

    Digilux 3 - "big-43," but related and a beaut
    E-PL1 - It's been a great workhorse.
E-PL2 - In for repairs, cracked screen. Get lots of compliments on it.
E-P3 - well, waiting at the Fedex station tomorrow.

Lenses I have that I use most often:

    20mm Panny
    17mm Oly
    9-18mm
45-200mm Panny (usually crisp, sure focus)
14-150mm Pana-Leica (with adapter) - big, bright, crisp in the corners too.
300mm Quantum catadioptric (mirror) telephoto (with adapter)
50mm Canon FD f1.4 - gorgeous hunk of legacy glass (with adapter)

Lenses I just can't bring myself to use:
Oly's 14-42mm kit lenses. Sigh. Not enough zoom to be fun, don't seem to auto-focus well for me, too narrow of aperture, and too long for "street" when extended for use.

    Lenses I have high-hopes for:
12mm Oly. Fingers crossed, I really want to like this lens.

And that's a good place to start as any.

Welcome! I always enjoyed--except for that one time when it was 10 deg F below-- my trips to MN in my previous life. Lots of great scenery and people!
