Hello! I'm Dave Lundy & I started my photography hobby with a Kodak Brownie in the mid 1950's, got my first 35mm camera in 1962, and traded up to a 35mm SLR in 1964 or 5. My interest in photography varied for several years until my first digital camera, an Olympus C-700 UZ in 2001. I haven't stopped shooting since. Eventually I got a Nikon D80, then a D300. In Sept. 2009 I got my first taste of Micro 4/3 with a Panasonic DMC-GH1 with 14-140mm lens. Shortly after that I got the Panasonic 45mm macro lens, which I love. I tried a Nikon D7000 for a while, but soon sold it and have been shooting micro 4/3 almost exclusively since early 2011. I recently upgraded to the Panasonic DMC-GH3. I shoot mostly photos, but do short video clips occasionally. Some of them are at Dave Lundy - YouTube and several of my photos are at Flickr: lundyd's Photostream I'm looking forward to getting more familiar with the Panny GH3, especially the video modes. I'd love to do some slow motion shots of hummingbirds when they return this Summer but have no idea how to also have slo-mo sound. For some reason, Panasonic disables sound recording when shooting either fast or slow motion.
