Welcome! I visited Korcula very briefly last month - its really a beautiful place. I'd love to see Dubrovnik someday too, and perhaps more.Hi, my name is Bernard and I live in Biograd (near Zadar) in Croatia.
I bought E-P1 a year ago and my photographs became much better.
Anyway, glad to be here
Sorry for my bad english
3000 years?!?! Canada is only... 100+ years old. My wife and I were chatting last week about what the appeal of Canada and the US are for tourists in Europe. Is it to see what a young city looks like? Perhaps I'm just very jaded from living my whole life in the shadow of New York or Toronto, but I have far more fascination for how a city/community can survive 3000 years than I do for places that were comparatively just built yesterday. <sigh>Zadar is coastal, cca 300 km from Dubrovnik, about 3000 years old
I truly LOL'd. Indeed, our Croatian would be terrible! If you think your English is bad, you should hear our Croatian!
