    All hail the Cheeto! Besides, permanent weight loss requires real behavioral changes, and all healthy, all the time is less workable and sustainable than health and balanced most of the time, with an occasional treat :) 

    That, and exercise.

    But seriously, congrats, keep up the good work!

    (dropped about 55 lbs over a 9 month stretch in 2011, been stable at current weight for about a year and a half now. Well, couple lbs heavier, but there's also more muscle mass since I started climbing and running more. It does require awareness and conscious nutritional choices, but I don't deny myself anything, really..)
