Hi,

I have scoured the web (and this site) for details on the Haoge HG-EM5II L-Bracket and grip for my Olympus EM-5 Mk2.

Does anyone here have this grip?

If so, does it interfere with the rear LCD panel in any way?

I’ve found literally hundreds of photos of this bracket/grip mounted on an EM-5 Mk2, but none of the rear LCD open and no mention of it affecting the rear LCD.

This is the link to it on eBay:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/173969795368

There are a handful of posts out here linking to eBay as well, but nothing about the screen.

Thanks in advance.

(I usually just buy N L Bracket for my camera from RRS, but they haven‘t responded to any my questions in the past few weeks, which is odd to say the least).

I have the grip for the E-M5 III and it DOES interfere with the operation of the fully articulating screen when the vertical tripod bracket is installed. You can tell by the photo of the back of the grip in the listing you provide. On the vertical bracket is a little tab towards the top. When installed it rests on the hinge of the E-M5 and prevents the FAS from fully opening.

However, when the vertical is not attached, the screen is fully functional.
