I came up with this sighting device for targeting and framing fast action sequences in bright light when you can't see the LCD, and your camera is hard to point and shoot accurately. It comes from the center of a blue Velcro hair curler. And don't laugh, it works slick. Use a thin strip of strong double sided tape to attach it inline with the lens.
