After taking the picture when I go into the image playback mode, the picture usually looks out of focus and generally of poor quality. However, if I zoom just a bit it becomes sharp and beautiful like the image during "auto review" right after I take the picture. It's hard for me to know if I got the picture I wanted if I just look at the playback picture.

Does anyone know the reason for this? It's almost like the initial playback image is a low quality thumbnail or something until you zoom in.

Mine only happens for a few seconds. It's like it's taking extra time loading the image to show it.

I don't notice this at all. The image looks in focus immediately when I go into image playback mode, even if I do it right after taking the picture.
