Just couple of samples of my 200+ pix photo-report of Blade Show (Atlanta). This year I took just GX1 and small primes instead of my usual D700 & lenses gear. And I think GX1 did a good job! I was able to take many pictures unnoticed, which was not really possible with D700 & something like 24-70/2.8 or 85mm. Well, GX1 seems to be not so bad choice, especially with fast primes: I used 12mm for all general shots at the show & almost all "table shots", 45mm was used for some portraits, also in front of the hotel at night! Most of the shots inside are ISO 800, and night shots outside are ISO 1600. The light was VERY dim... but somehow GX1 managed it. For online report it was more than I needed.

A wonderful show of blades, and you captured very good portraits I think, did you use manual WB?

Hey piter glad to see you enjoying your m4/3 gear. I got an em-5 recently to replace my gh-1 and I really love it. Have you tried the gx1 on a hike in the mountains yet? Are you getting the dr that you would like out of it?
