I went out this evening with the GX1+20mm, set the camera to shoot Auto ISO.

I am delighted with the results, both taken handheld

    1250 ISO f4 @ 1/60th handheld.

    1600 ISO f4 @ 1/40th handheld.

I agree Ian, those really show off how much the GX1 has advanced ยต4/3 high-ISO capabilities. I've been having some fun messing around with 12800 ISO and have been amazed with what this little camera can achieve. No keepers, but in a pinch...

Did you use much/any noise reduction?

    Hi David,

I just used the standard "Despeckle" option in noise option.

yeah, I shoot my GX1 at 1600 all the time indoors, when shooting my kids. When I zoom to 100% there is quite a bit of noise visible, but at normal viewing sizes they are wonderful.

could you post some pics of that , Mooka ?
I really wanna see some 1600 iso indoor pics of the GX1 as I might get one myself (or a G3)
