Great tips. I'd like to also add: Provide some photographs. I see more and more relatively new members with almost no history trying to sell with no photos. You really help your own cause to at least establish that you have the item you are offering to sell.

    Real Name:
    Agree with everything said

...especially the last 2 points - make it one simple price that provides yourself and your buyer protection - include and pay the paypal fees (it is against their policy to sell something and receive payment as personal transfer), and always ship with full insurance for everyone's peace of mind!

    Use Bold!

It makes it easier for the buyer to read through a post and find items and details. At minimum sections for the following:

    - item(s) being sold
    - asking price(s)
    - item(s) condition
    - additional item description
    - location
    - payment and shipping options (i.e. Paypal, US Only, Worldwide, etc)
    - return policy

    ...and THEN pictures!

It is very difficult to find item pricing for listings with multiple things for sale where descriptions are added between large photos...even more so when not being viewed on a standard PC (i.e. iphone/android device, tablet).
