I think maybe you have blurred the sign in the lower right hand corner outside the building.
But let us start somewhere, a place with snow in the winter.
Is that a capitoleum reflected in the glass facade of the building?

So not to bad, only about half of the states in the US can come into question I guess, since snow is unusual in a lot of places.
We have Portland, ME to Seattle, WA and all in between!

Possibly more than half... Most of the southern states get snow occasionally.
But this was about 5" in one night, during a "polar vortex".

BTW, There's a lot of water here. Or ice.
