OK I'll answer again, is this the Old Aquaduct on Sao Miguel in the Azores? not Roman as it appears but built originally by the Portugese in wood around the 16th century and later in the 19th century rebuilt in brick. the red colour on the bricks is from the litchens growing and although it looks like a ruin it is still in use today
