No idea. Some searches found Crazy Mountain Museum and the
Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail.

Apparently they camped at a creek near here during their return journey to St Louis, May 02. 1806.

The encampment is at Patit Creek near Dayton, Washington.

Lewis and Clark Trail, plus google, eventually brought me here https://www.waymarking.com/waymarks/WM8D3A_Patit_Creek_Campsite_Washington
Also at first the RiverTree Hotel in Clarkston came up with a photo of Steel campsite sculptures, which had me looking all over the Clarkston/Lewiston area for ages,
