Is that a capitoleum reflected in the glass facade of the building?

Yes, but not Denver.

So not to bad, only about half of the states in the US can come into question I guess, since snow is unusual in a lot of places.
We have Portland, ME to Seattle, WA and all in between!

Possibly more than half... Most of the southern states get snow occasionally.
But this was about 5" in one night, during a "polar vortex".

BTW, There's a lot of water here. Or ice.

Only other wild guess would be Wisconsin. On the Great Lakes, so lots of water, and another state that gets those polar vortexes. So that would be Madison?
