Hi, Just introducing myself. Just bought the Pana G1 with the 14-45 mm kit lens before it was sold out! I am new to the micro four/thirds standard but I am liking it a lot. Using my G1 with the adapter to use Leica R lenses (28mm 2.8, 50mm 2.0 and 135mm 2.8) It is actually nice to manual focus again. Like the kitlens as well!! Hi Johan, and welcome. Rather fond of being able to use manual focus and set depth of field in the old fashioned way myself. That aspect of m4/3 has certainly rejuvenated my interest in photography. Glad the forum has been of value to you. Barrie
Aye giday Johan, good to see ya here mate. Yeah it's good you got that 14-45mm now before they become really expensive due to the fact that they aren't made anymore. I've heard with the new 14-42 the build quality isn't as good as the older 14-45. icon
