A friend of mine has a small grape arbor and decided that this year she wanted to try making wine (not a lot, maybe 5 gallons total). So she had a party to help pick the grapes and then smush them. Here are a few pics I'd like to share. I started the day using the 14-140mm lens and then switched to the 20mm when dusk arrived. All of these are SOOC with no PP.

Heh, we were drinking a lot of wine too.

The kids got to stomp on grapes. (None of those went into the wine, however.)

Good Stuff. Funny, but I've given making my own wine some serious thought as well. I have Thompsons right now, but I am installing additional trellises for Pinot and probably Chardonnay ... I gotta do some research and see which grapes are good for both eating and smushing.

PS- So when is the tasting ... and what should I bring? (lol)
