Don't know if city council has actually paid for this but it's under a bridge and only properly visible to small boats. This winter water is frozen but rule is that never ever walk on ice under a bridge where water flows through a narrow funnel so I had to settle for clipped wingtips.

Yes, if you want to get an "upgrade opportunity" then it is a good idea to park it here

(actually I live a few hundred meters away in a more "normal" neighborhood and here it is a whole different atmosphere than when I go "downtown" 10 minutes away )
