Good photography vlogs

I'm sure there was a thread where people posted good resources but I can't find it. So, I just wanted to give a heads up about Thomas Heaton's vlogs (and blogs!). Not a m43 shooter but a professional photographer (landscape and studio) who film himself out in the field. I find it really interesting to see how he plans, thinks, frame up, what filters to use and really about everything that, for him, goes into getting a great shot. I don't agree with every decision he makes but I have definitely got some very useful tips and an approach that I sometimes try to use myself. I think it's worth the time spent.
