    Hi,
I'm looking for a modern, friendly tool to visualize the DoF. Something like this:

Something where you can drag and drop the subject or the photographer around and see how the DoF changes graphically. And change lens and aperture too.

All the DoF calculators, not visualizers, look like something from 20 years ago, and they probably are.

This may be completely off track but I usually point people towards the Camera Simulator so they can experiment with adjusting ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture, -

Its a DSLR simulator so you won't see the effect in real-time until you snap the picture (unlike Live View).

Thanks, it is a good one but I'm looking for something with a side view of the camera and subject and the DoF markers.
I've seen a couple of apps like this but nothing on the web.

Oh, this is what I had in mind, thank you.

Now it's going to be much easier to explain dof to my friends :)
