Here's a selection of pics from yesterdays beach walk, the GH3 worked perfectly with all 3 lenses and was a pleasure to shoot with.

All shot in raw and processed in LR4.3

    Comments welcome.

Wow those crops are fantastically clean and detailed and at ISO 1000. Impressive.

The crop of the seals is very convincing, good stuff.
What do you think of the skies compared to your old G3?

Great to see the fruits of all this lovely new gear Paul...everything seems to be performing superbly well...the 100% crop taken from the 35-100 is especially great.

Really like the rusty shed image btw.

The GH3 has more DR, I can recover more detail from skies etc in high contrast situations. The colours from the GH3 seem better too, more saturated and life like possibly because of the new sensor.

I like the colours from every new GH3 owner's thread on various forums : I'm tempted to suggest they have taken a colour processing (inc WB) system wholesale from Sony/Olympus since the results (including colours in RAW) are so unlike previous Lumix G models.
    Just my thought.
For that reason I'm very much looking forward to their next smaller camera.

Yeah, that could be one of the reasons but they have certainly improved the colours as you say even in raw, the jpg quality seems good too although I haven't taken too many jpg's as I usually shoot raw.
