GH2 Tips for Upcoming Short Film

    Hey all!

    I'm new to this forum and to M43 type cameras also.

    On doing a load of research for the best type of "DSLR" camera for video I kept coming across the GH range from Panasonic so I bought a GH2 to learn, it came with Pentax SMS 28mm & 135mm lenses.

    The thing is, I'm filming a short film at the end of this month and cant afford to screw this up!.....the film has some dark indoors scenes and I need to make sure I dont end up with horrible grain.

    Do you have any tips on how I can best achieve clean footage???

    I'm considering getting the 25mm 1.4 Leica specifically for this reason.

    I would seriously consider taking advantage of the many hacks for the GH2 to maximise its potential. It's a good video camera out of the box, it can be GREAT when hacked.

    Thanks, funnily enough I just tested out the Flowmotion V2 Hack today, I think the overall exposure was right but I didnt have an ND Filter. I should have focused manually also as you can see hunting.

    What do you think of the quality?.......im on the fence right now, need to do a lot more tests!
