In Photoshop CS4 at the Menu check under the Edit button "Transform"... There are several ways you can transform the images. Play with each botton you'll see what it does.

Though I like the second critter a bit better - he looks more interested in what is going on. Do you have a shot with the horns? Is it a mountain goat?

They usually hybernate. He was out of his den collecting dry shrubs and burring them under the snow. I have no idea why...
