I've had a Panasonic GX7 for a month now, with latest firmware. I use the body with vintage and new manual-focus lenses. On occassion when I turn it on it seems to be in a "sleepy" mode -- unresponsive, almost frozen -- and then after about 10-15 seconds it prompts me to keep/change focal length info. (as it should right away).
    Otherwise everything works well.
Does anyone else have this issue?
    Thanks.

If you set your Movie format to AVCHD you will find that the start up time is almost instant! For some reason setting the Movie format to MP4 will cause the camera to pause on boot up. I've reported this to Panasonic and did get a phone call to ask for more details. I can only hope that a firmware upgrade will fix this.

    Still the same, unfortunately. :frown:
