Panasonic offers various kit lenses - there is more than one 14-42mm kit lens. Do a search on "PZ" or "X" or follow the link and look at the listing. Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with all the various kit lenses that are offered.

If you analyze a Panasonic model number, such as "GF5X", the "GF5" refers to the camera while the suffix, such as "X" or "KK" refers to the type of kit lens that is included.
