Are there any difficulties when using the GF3 with old lenses? Im sure I read in a review that it was particularly unsuited for this, but I can't remember where I read it.

most likely what that person was referring to was the lack of support for an electronic viewfinder because there is no hot-shoe on the GF3, the viewfinder helps a lot with focusing legacy lenses. I find the LCD screen difficult to use while trying to keep the camera stable during focusing.

Yup, part of the problem is that it doesn't have any viewfinder capability. Also, it's very small, so putting an adapter plus larger lenses on unbalances the camera. You don't really have a grip, so most of your balancing is done with your lens-holding hand, which makes it a bit unwieldy to focus. Image quality will be identical to the GF1, GF2, G1, and G2, however.
