    Hello there,

I've been searching posts here, but I would very much appreciate a clarification:

I want to use my GF1 for interior shots and product shots - so I assume that I will have the camera on my tripod a lot, and that a remote shutter would also be helpful to avoid any camera shake/movement.

If this is so, Which is best? some sort of "wire" tripper or a remote ?

Do I need a Panasonic brand or not?

Also -- is the EVF necessary? a pity it's so expensive : )

Many thanks in advance for your feedback.

IMHO, it would be ridiculous to use an EVF (or any eye level viewfinder) indoors on a tripod.
