So I made it to Tokyo just as the Cherry Blossoms were dropping from the trees.
This is my second attempt at capturing vacation memories with a :43: camera. And I think I learned a lot about traveling light since my first attempt.
(First Time Traveling with Micro Four Thirds)
This time all I brought was my E-P3 (no E-PL2 for emergency back up) and the so called "Holy Trinity" of lenses (12mm Zuiko, 45mm Zuiko, 25mm Panasonic), and spare batteries. No tripod. No zoom lenses. No Filters. No camera bags. (Just a "Cushion Pouch" to protect my camera while its in my in my man purse.)

I love to shoot with minimal gear too. Shots look beautiful and you processed the color and sharpness very well. BTW how was that cake? Looks mighty tasty.

    It was awesome.
Another lesson that I learned from previous trips is to diet BEFORE your trip.
It's a lot easier to lose 5lbs in anticipation of all that you're going to eat while on vacation, than it is to lose it once you've returned home.
