    Selling</br> Fuji XF 35mm f/1.4 lens & extras
    </br>Prices</br> <strike>35mm lens - $500</strike> SOLD

Kipon adapter Minolta MD to Fuji XF - $50

</br>Description</br> I decided to send my X-E1 back to Amazon for a refund, so now I have no use for these items. (I ordered the camera kit, lens, and extra battery all at once, but the camera kit was a pre-order that didn't arrive until Dec. 1. I've had the lens and battery since September and can't return them, but didn't even have a way to use them until Dec. 1)

These are basically new, as I've only used them in the house as I tested the X-E1.

<strike>35/1.4 lens (complete retail box) - $500</strike> SOLD
    NP-W126 battery - $40
Kipon adapter for Minolta MD - $50

I'd gladly accept $550 for the whole lot if anyone wants to buy all three items at once and save me some hassle.

If you're interested, send me a private message and I'll give you my Paypal address. I'll ship UPS ground to your verified address for free (Continental US only, others may be negotiable at your cost).

Just curious why sending back the X-E1? Rumored to be better than OM-D...

Why not get a new copy? Amazon is easy to deal with.

Free bump (I dont know the Seller) - but have to add great price on that 35/1.4 - tempting! Brand new ones selling well over $600; so this seems like a 20% off.

(We're talking about the X-E1 camera body here, not this lens.)

Yes, Amazon is great, but I'm not sure I'd want another one. I love the design, build, & feel of the whole Fuji X system, but the IQ of my copy isn't even as good as my cell phone. I thought I was buying the micro-contrast prince to the D800E throne, the Leica killer. Nope. Good image quality can overcome many failures in a camera system (see Sigma DP1M/DP2M) but bad image quality ruins the whole thing, at least for me.

With good RAW processing being a ways off, I'd be investing in a system on the chance that someday it won't suck. I can't afford that. And with a return, I don't have to try to sell it and deal with "I'll give ya $100 for it" craziness.

If only Amazon had shipped the order all-together instead of shipping the 35/1.4 two months before the camera ...

I, too, sent back the x-e1 w/18-55 kit. I shot side by side w/EM5 and 25/45 @ same settings and JPEG. Looked at them together w/ my wife and we both chose the OMD renderings. But the fuji was close. We thought the color and contrast was a tad "richer" and indoors the colors were a little more accurate OOC. Don't know if it was fair not to use the fuji primes, but I no have. But, how sexy and easy the fuji!

If the stars line up properly (Adobe fixes Fuji raw processing, I have cash in my pocket) I may pick up another X-E1. I'm already missing that camera. Seriously good stuff. It's a shame the JPG engine in my copy was so broken.
