How many clicks on the GF1, are you the original owner and is it mint/unmarked?

Regards

I'm unsure how to find the shutter count on it, just had a look on google and can't find anything. I've taken about 300 pics with it since I bought it (which was just over a month a go.)
I'm the second owner: Talk Photography That's the guy I brought it from. He states it had minimal use when he had it, and I've only taken it out on a few days myself.
It's in absolutely mint condition.
Any more questions, ask away :)

Mmmm .... 3rd hand and no warranty...methinks your original offer of £340 for it is not far off the mark for a not much wanted item!
I'll be generous and offer £350 posted - very hard to go above that - won't need remote, battery etc.

The original offer was based on the new price on amazon at the time, which has since increased significantly. I paid £400 delivered about a month and a half a go for the lens and camera. If you think me being the 2nd owner decreases it's value from £400, you can have it for £390 delivered, minus the remote, battery and UV filter.
This is not me bartering, that is the lowest it will go for.

I cannot find it cheaper online than £499.95. So it is a £110 saving on the new price for a camera that comes with everything you would get new and is in mint condition.
That is a good deal :)

After a quick look on talkphotography and ebay completed listings, I'd be prepared to split and sell the 20mm for £220 including the UV filter and posted by RMSD.
Let me know :)

I offer you £200 for the Panny 20mm pancake, without the UV filter, and I will also pay the shipping fees. What do you say? Send me a PM, if it's OK for you.

I just paid £270 (inclusive of P&P) for a brand spanking new one from Amazon, if this helps anybody to judge prices.

al pacino has been replied to, I've accepted the offer if I understand it correctly so the lens is currently sold pending payment.

Re the amazon comment, exactly so my price was £220 for a mint lens including Royal Mail Special Delivery, and a UV filter. That's quite a saving on the new price and a fair alternative to spending the extra £60 (UV inc). (not sure if you were suggesting my price was fair, or too high, but it's what the usual going rate for these lens second hand is and is fair.)

Why is this lense so pricey, I've seen it locally for $250 Canadian, and as a package deal with e-p1 for $399 new after Christmas from a major retailer.

i think the forum protocol is that disagreements about pricing are conducted via PM ...

Because I am in the UK and everything is more expensive here! That's just how it is. My price is representative of the relative new price in the UK, and is a good deal for us Brits.

It's only 'so pricey' in relation to the price you can buy them for in the US and Canada. I think the current price for the Panasonic GF1 with 20mm kit is £529 brand new here in the UK (on amazon currently).

Edit (re pdh): There are no disagreements about pricing, it just seems that other people seem to feel the need to price point in a thread where nothing is actually overpriced! I feel like I must reply. Point taken though, if anyone else wants to comment on the prices feel free to PM me.

I was not complaining about his pricing just trying to understand why this lense is at such a premium across the pond. Please do not take this as an attack, as it was not in any way, only an inquiry relating to current market trends here. If you have an issue with my response please do so by pm.
