Forum post formatting menus unavailable?

I can’t access the formatting menus on my phone (iPhone 11; iOS 14.7.1). They’re all greyed out. Anyone else?
(Can’t post a screenshot from the phone as paste is unavailable for images too. I’ll have another go once from my MacBook shortly).

It’s ok on my iPad running 14.7.1

Working on my iPad too. Tried a restart on the phone and issue remained. Then I found the culprit; it was this little fella:

Subscribe to see EXIF info for this image (if available)

The code toggle I must have used recently.

Crisis over. Hopefully this thread is useful to someone else some day.
