It's a 3 legged Romanian dog saved from the local euthanasia dog pound in Bucarest, adopted, and brought to the UK to a loving family.

Absofreakingorgeous ... and so camera compliment it's amazing ... had me scared there for a second the random picture of a gun with knives all over, I hope that's not what's in the dog's pockets. The dog is too beautiful and cute to be a psycho (Joking)

It takes so many shots to get her looking in a good direction. She’s very nervous and constantly darting her head around.

Awwwwwww, I know the feeling, our dog barely stands still for a decent picture and every time I try to get to her eye level she darts to me to do the only thing she's interested in: sit on my lap, no matter when or where ... she's the very definition of a lapdog (I'm trademarking this RIGHT NOW )
I would adopt your puppies puppers in 1/32.000 of a heart beat

It takes so many shots to get her looking in a good direction. She’s very nervous and constantly darting her head around.

Give her a treat every time you click the shutter. It won't take long before she's totally interested every time you pull the camera out.

She gets so nervous in public that she very rarely eats outside of the house. She has refused to eat steak at a restaurant.

Start in the house, and in familiar surroundings. Click... treat. Click... treat. It might be enough to snap her out of her nervousness when she's in 'scary' situations. Make the camera a fun/good signal to her. Even if you don't actually try to take serious pictures with it around the house, it's the association you're building.
